At Storied Ink, we take great care in packaging and shipping each ketubah to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping costs and timelines vary depending on location and the type of order.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All prices are listed in USD and include free standard shipping unless otherwise specified.
- Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with tracking provided.
- Expedited shipping may be available at checkout or by request before shipment.
- Rush Orders may be accommodated for an additional fee; please contact us prior to purchase.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Israel, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select countries in the European Union using DHL or comparable carriers.
- A flat-rate international shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Prices for international orders are displayed and charged in the buyer’s chosen country currency (GBP, EUR, CAD, ILS).
- All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Recipients are responsible for VAT, customs duties, import fees, or local taxes upon delivery.
- Storied Ink is not responsible for customs delays, confiscation, or refusal to pay duties/taxes.
Production & Fulfillment Timelines
Production begins only after final Text Proof approval. Delays or client responses may impact production and shipping timelines. Typical production times are:
- Print Orders: Ship within ~3 weeks from final Text Proof approval.
- Semi-Custom Orders: Ship within ~3–6 weeks from final Text Proof approval, depending on customization.
- Custom Commissions: Timelines are outlined in the signed Custom Ketubah Commission Agreement, typically 4–8 weeks from final approval.
Please note that all timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays or force majeure events.
Force Majeure
Storied Ink is not liable for delays or failures to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, supply chain interruptions, government actions, or power outages. In such cases, obligations may be suspended during the event, and alternative solutions may be offered where appropriate.
Shipping Damage
- Storied Ink is not liable for any damage after the product has shipped and title has transferred to the Client.
- Storied Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
- If an item is damaged during transit, clients must notify the carrier immediately.
- Storied Ink will assist with insurance or carrier claims where possible, but replacements cannot be guaranteed unless the shipping carrier accepts liability.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
