Will I see my ketubah before it’s printed?

Yes. We send a digital text proof for every ketubah — regardless of text type — for your review and approval.

Can I make changes after I approve the proof?

No. Once you approve and production begins, we cannot make changes, cancellations, or returns.

How long do I have to approve the proof?

You have up to 3 business days to approve your text proof to avoid any delays in shipping. Approvals received after 3 business days may affect your delivery timeline.
